What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Drivers must be 25 years or older to rent a vehicle.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 135 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at $0.35 per mile after the daily limit.
What delivery locations do you offer? What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Flexride Car Rental does not currently offer custom delivery services. Pick-up and return times are available during business hours Monday-Friday (9 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (9am-5pm), and Sunday (10am-4pm).
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
The shortest rental period is 1 day, and the longest rental period is 3 weeks.
To extend a rental beyond 3 weeks, a new contract must be signed and renewed every 28 days.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 6.25% sales tax applies to all rentals.
Any additional fees (like cleaning, tolls, or late returns) will be clearly listed in your rental agreement — no hidden charges!
